4 ORE Range

The range is named "4 Ore", namely the length of time between the harvesting of the olives and their pressing, due to the proximity of the olive groves to the olive press. This ensures that the frangrance and organoleptic charactristics of the olives remain unalterated.

The Olives are cold pressed utilising a continuous system LEOPARD, at the company's oil mill, with four hours of harvesting. The oil comes into contact with steel elements throughout the entire extraction process. Storage of the oil takes place in temperature controlled environments The attention given to the timing and the cultivation and extraction techniques ensures the production of oil with very low acidity.
